Windsor is one of my absolute favorite Colorado cities with its expanding amenities and small town feel, so I was very excited to be able to take on this listing.
The Windshire Park neighborhood is a beautiful, tucked back suburbia in central Windsor with walkability to nearby grocery shopping, restaurants, breweries, and more. It's the perfect spot for families, first time homeowners, or anyone looking for a quiet and charming Colorado neighborhood to call home.
This particular home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac and features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,384 square feet of living space on the largest lot on the block. I loved the modern touches of high ceilings, bright windows, an open floor plan, a spacious master bedroom and a large upstairs loft space.
