Greeley, Colorado

Why We Love Greeley

Greeley is not only my hometown, but a wonderful place to plant your roots. It is currently one of the best places in Northern Colorado to get the most home for your dollar and build some serious equity.

Greeley was founded as the Union Colony in 1869, an experimental utopian society, but was later changed to Greeley in honor of Horace Greeley, a politician and New York Tribune editor who came to Colorado during the Pike’s Peak Gold Rush.

It is situated on the high plains with panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and has a small town feel with big city features. Residents and visitors alike enjoy the ever growing downtown district, historic museums, recreation centers, and abundance of nature trails.
