Loveland, Colorado

Why We Love Loveland

One of my personal favorite Northern Colorado cities, Loveland became an incorporated town in 1881. Loveland is nestled against the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and is right off the I-25 corridor, making for easy travel north to Fort Collins or south to Denver. This unique city also boasts some of Northern Colorado’s best lakes with Lake Loveland, Boyd Lake, Equalizer Lake, and more.

Loveland has seen major development in recent years in their downtown district, introducing a number of new restaurants, bars, breweries, boutiques, and more to this up and coming city.

This city is a wonderful place to live, not only for its proximity to the mountains and major cities, abundance of shopping and restaurants, and small town feel, but also because it's still expanding, which means greater equity gains over time!
